Your account includes pre-built Privacy Policy and Terms of Service pages linked from your opt-in form. Here's what you need to know about them.

These are sample documents. The pages in your account were created as starting templates. They are not a substitute for legal advice. Before actively collecting contact information in a professional or commercial capacity, you should have a licensed attorney review your privacy policy and terms of service to ensure they comply with your state's laws and applicable federal regulations.

What they cover: * How you collect and use contact information * Your SMS messaging terms and how contacts can opt out * A clear statement that you are an independent sales representative and not an employee of any third-party cutlery manufacturer * A disclaimer that consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase

Where they live: Your Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are linked at the bottom of your *Stay Connected* form. Contacts can access them before submitting.

To find your pages: The direct URLs for your pages are available in your account under **Sites → Funnels**. Contact your account administrator if you need help locating them.

To customize them: Once your `rep_name` custom value is set, your name will automatically appear throughout both pages. The only items you may want to update are any bracketed placeholders and the "Last updated" date. Consult an attorney before making substantive changes to the legal language.
