Step-By-Step Instructions
Step 1 — Upload your photo to your Media Library
In the left sidebar, click Content or Sites → Click Media → Click Upload File (top right) → Choose a high-quality, professional headshot photo from your computer or phone.
Step 2 — Copy the photo URL
Once uploaded, click on your photo in the Media Library → Click the Copy Link or Get URL button (or right-click the image preview and select Copy Image Address).
Step 3 — Save the URL to your Custom Values
In the left sidebar, click Settings → Click Custom Values → Find rep_headshot and click the pencil icon to edit → Paste your copied URL into the value field → Click Save.
Adding your headshot URL ensures that all automated emails, landing pages, and digital business card footers automatically render your face and brand image across your entire customer-facing experience.
Quick Verification Checklist: 1. Make sure your image URL starts with `https://` 2. Ensure the image is square or vertically framed for best display 3. Check that your file format is JPG, PNG, or WebP
